February 2012:- Apologies to our American friends who
may have been trying to get hold of the Time Flies album
from the US online store CD Baby. Stock has run out.
But... we are in the process of adding new stock and all
should be back up and running very soon. If you can't
wait, the album is available direct from
Monty Maggot Records.
Thank you to all who have given us your support...

January 2012:- The Plague is coming...
While
waiting for the next 'Allies & Clansmen' and the 'Scars
Are For Lovers' albums to appear we're going to release
a Short Story CD, what you might call a mini concept
album. A 20 min' track in four parts (an EP) called...
The Plague.
The
Plague, portrayed through the sympathetic lyrics of
Bridget Wishart and Thomas Nashe as poetry, nursery
rhymes and litanies, is one woman’s allegory of England
during the 1600's as the plague and death advance across
the land.
We're
taking a big chance with The Plague, some will love this
little album, some will hate it... Why? You might ask.
The answer, is because you will not hear any choruses in
any of the songs... We aspired to characterise the tale
as it would have been told at the time (a little
different we hope).
We
would also like to thank Nigel Potter for adding a
"little spark" to Part IV.
The
Plague should hopefully be released sometime between
April & May...

Early Cover Design.
Oh!
and... if you don't know, or any of your friends don't
know, the FREE CD 'Portents' is still available, just
click on the link and grab yourself a copy.

guest appearance too... The great Nigel Potter, Sheriden
Starr, Gavin Saunders and Mark Wadsworth.
During November there was also a sneak peek of a track
(in early form) called
Brick By Stone
that could end up on the "Scars" album, played on the
Magiccatradio Show. Luckily the show was blogged for
your later enjoyment.

all started for us and we're sorry to see the site go
